Coronavirus Information

In view of the current situation, our doors will remain closed until further notice.

If you do not have an appointment and wish to speak to someone in the practice, please telephone the surgery.

Please be assured that if you have an urgent medical need, you will be contacted initially by telephone.

If you have already been telephoned by a clinician, and asked to come to the surgery, please go to the back door and ring the bell.

If you have an existing appointment, please return home and you will receive a telephone call and will be brought down only if needed.

If you normally come into the surgery for your prescription, please bring your repeat prescription or write your medication on a sheet of paper (include your name, date of birth and address) and place it in the surgery post box which is located outside the front door.

If you need to collect a prescription, please go to the back door and ring the bell.

When you collect your prescription you will be asked to nominate a pharmacy for future collection.

You can also complete our online repeat prescription request form.

Online Booking

From Wednesday 18th March 2020, we will be offering online booking for some of our triage telephone calls. These can be booked in the usual way via Patient Access.

The listed time of these calls is for guidance only. Only limited triage calls are made available online. This is to ensure availability for all patients, including those without internet access. If no online appointments are showing as available, please telephone the practice as we may still have triage appointments available.

You can also request assistance from the practice using the Get help with any health problem form.

New born baby checks and vaccinations

We intend to complete routine baby checks and vaccinations which are routinely booked some weeks in advance. As with other existing booked appointments, please do not attend the practice before you have received a screening telephone call.

The situation and guidance is rapidly changing. The practice is working hard to ensure we can offer as comprehensive a service as possible while taking precautions to protect our patients and staff. We thank you for your patience and understanding.
